All orders are processed and shipped within 5 working days and it takes 15-30 days for the order to arrive to your doorstep.
Once you place an order and it's processed, we will send you an email with a tracking link so you can track it.
We offer worldwide free shipping.
Normally you won't need to pay any extra fees and the order will arrive to your doorsteps, but this may occur in some cases and mainly with The Middle East countries. If it happens we're not responsible for such costs and it should be paid by the receiver.
No, all the kits comes with everything you need to complete the painting.
All our kits are fully covered with diamonds except for the Special Shape collection, it's partially covered in diamonds.

Of course! Just check our Custom Kit page for the size you want and you can also send us the image you want to see how it will turn out before even making a purchase! We can help you with figuring out the most suitable size for it.
We always reccommends big sizes starting with 30x30cm as the kits smaller than this will not have all the details in the original picture, so always go for a bigger size.
We believe that is due to choosing a small size, the smaller the size, the less details you'll find in your finished project, especially with kits with lots of details, animals, faces or words.
We recommend kids above 3 years old, and we also recommends adults supervision just in case they tried to swallow the diamonds.
We also recommends starting with our kids kits as they're less complicated than adults ones and with less colors.
